For many years, yoga has been a constant part of my life. As a professional stuntwoman and dancer, I understand the physical demands we place on our bodies in day to day life. Yoga became an essential tool for me - helping improve my flexibility, build core strength, and support my body through the challenges of a physically demanding career.

But over time, I discovered that yoga offered so much more than just physical benefits. It became a space for calm, healing, and reconnection. Through regular practice, I noticed how deeply it supported my mental wellbeing, helping to regulate my nervous system and bring a greater sense of happiness and peace into my everyday life.

Now, my passion is to share this experience with others. Whether you come to yoga for strength, flexibility, recovery, relaxation, or simply a moment to breathe, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and connected - both in your body and in your mind.
